Primary Care Partnership Scheme (PCPS)
PCPS engages private general practitioners(GPs) to provide common outpatient medical services to needy elderly at polyclinics charges.

Criteria for application:

• Singaporean
• Aged 65 years old and above
• Per capita income of not exceeding $700 per household
