Jointy organised by the National Library Board and Community Development Councils (CDCs) islandwide, the Seniors Tell It Their Way Storytelling Competition is open to participants aged 45 to 60 who would like to share a story in English or other language, as just you would before a group of eagerly listening children.
The competition is held in two parts:
District Level Finals
The best storytellers from the North West District will stand to win the following:
1st Prize $500 2nd Prize $300 3rd Prize $200
National Level
The grand finals will be held at the National Library Board Event Plaza at 100 Victoria Street on Sunday, 30 November 2008. The prizes are:
1st Prize $1 000 2nd Prize $700 3rd Prize $400
